![](width="196") The effects of globalization have driven tremendous changes within the education system. Today, change is so rapid that the educational system has to keep itself abreast with the latest development. The present scenario has lead to globalization of the education sector that should be oriented into the transnational competence. To inculcate such world-class competencies in our budding managers, we at NIM have launched a unique 18 months MBA Autonomous with integrated PGDM program. Our goal is to prepare our students to embrace a career in Management at the highest levels. We provide our students with the best of opportunities to establish a firm foundation through which they can embark on their careers.

| I believe our National Institute of Management would emerge as one of the top management institutes over the next few years.
It would further enlarge the students to have a purpose in life and hard work as their virtue as these young people enter the business and economy world at tough times like this it will make them stronger by their struggles. And therefore our young people must seize opportunities in this National Institute of Management and bring in social stability and harmony through their perseverance, performance and achievement.
Our management education system would strive towards adapting itself to the needs and challenges of the times. I trust as part of National Institute of Management we shall be able to make a sensible balance between the academic growth and advancement of the welfare of the Indian Society with every good wish, I remain,
