In keeping with our tradition of innovation and excellence, we were pleased to launch National Institute of Management. A Part-time program in the world where everything changes very quickly, in the last few decades' business and management education has seen transformation at all levels. It has been more than learning how to prepare a business plan.

Throughout our program we will frequently ask you to examine your beliefs and assumptions. We will ask you to look at the challenges of business and management from multiple perspectives.

In most classes you will work and learn and exchange views with students representing a variety of backgrounds. Our belief is that we want to break all the existing walls in the society between a teacher and student. We are looking for such positive experiences help to create the analytical, conceptual and interpersonal intelligence needed to manage you and lead others in a dynamic and global environment.

He has been one of the best academicians in the country and held many important positions in the field of education such as the member of governing council RIT, Jamshedpur as Ranchi University representative. Beside he also represented Ranchi University in the Programming Board of Bihar and Jharkhand. He also served as the member Senate, Syndicate, Academic Council, and also as member in the Board of Studies and as an External Examiner and Expert Interviewer for the post of professors in the different universities of India and Nepal. Moreover nine students have successfully completed their P.hds under his able guidance. Being a great educationalist, he realised the importance and significance of the B-School, especially distance learning programme and as such he extends his best cooperation for devising the course as well as making the best B-School products, who can successfully make their careers in the corporate world
